About the Role:
For our HQs based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Global eCommerce intern to join our Sales Business Development function.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be focus on analytics by region on top Omni customers, evaluating assortment and promotions on site and identifying competition best practices and opportunities for improvement.
You will also conduct the analysis and prepare in progress reviews for local eCom/KAM team.
After analysis, your role will be to select the top Regions to focus and develop Customer engagement templates for the local account managers.
Moreover, you will develop an OmniChannel scorecard for Group and Region level, identifying key lead metrics to evaluate overall engagement and performance with the customer.
Providing support to the ongoing commercial projects of the subchannels team and providing support to Subchannels Presentations preparation will be as well under your responsibility.
On top of that, you will help in the translation of aggregated Ecommerce Sessional results into clear visualizations/graphs of key data points.

You will bring your strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
Eager to learn, you are showing your ability to multitask and your familiarity with eCommerce.
Finally, you will bring your knowledge of Microsoft Office and your fluency in English.
